Purpose
This Policy is established to regulate the use of the Innovation Hub, ensuring that all operations and activities are conducted in a safe and orderly environment, thereby safeguarding the personal safety of students, faculty, and staff, as well as the security of laboratory assets.
Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all users of the Innovation Hub, including but not limited to DKU students, faculty, staff, and approved external visitors. All users must strictly comply with this Policy and related regulations when entering, using, or borrowing laboratory resources.
Only individuals who meet the following conditions are permitted to enter and use Innovation Hub resources:
The Innovation Hub, located in the Innovation Building and Library, is the physical entity of InHub. It houses a range of creative equipment enabling students to develop ideas and transform them into tangible outputs. InHub supports innovation research, interdisciplinary creation, STEAM practice, and related directions.

Mainly serving integrated digital imaging and 3D rapid prototyping, innovation activities in STEAM disciplines such as robotics, digital intelligent hardware, and more. (STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics)

Digital Fabrication & Prototyping
Mainly serving digital imaging and 3D rapid prototyping, laser cutting and soldering.
LIB 1023 (Reserve Studio)
Controlled Materials & Process Space
Mainly serving the field of 3D rapid prototyping based on digital imaging and SLA technology, it involves operations with controlled materials and processes.
IB 2049 Innovation Lab (Research Studio): Mainly serving interdisciplinary, innovative research and creative practices. Involved in 3D modeling, game engines, AIGC, AR/VR, motion capture, BCI, human factors, social innovation, and more.
